This .png file is intended to be used as a background watermark in the Styles feature of SketchUp 6. The partially transparent image has a smudged graphite pencil look that provides a grungy yet attractive effect. It can be used with SketchUp's gradient ground turned on or off. When inserting the image as a background watermark apply 'stretch' and leave 'lock aspect ratio' unchecked. You can adjust the 'blend' amount for a softer look. Although the example image shows it used with a white background, it works well with other light colours too.
