This .png file is intended to be used as a background watermark in the Styles feature of SketchUp 6. The partially transparent image has a smudged graphite pencil look that provides a grungy yet attractive effect. Even when used as a background watermark, it provides a strong foreground. When inserting the image as a background watermark apply 'stretch' and leave 'lock aspect ratio' unchecked. You can adjust the 'blend' amount for a softer look. Note it is intended to be used with SketchUp's sky & ground gradients turned off. Although the example image shows it used with a white background, it can be used with other colours too.
